The only bird that dares to peck at an eagle is the crow.
It sits on its back and bites its neck.
However, the eagle doesn't react or fight back against the crow. It doesn't waste time or energy on the crow.
It simply spreads its wings and soars higher into the sky.
The higher it flies, the harder it becomes for the crow to breathe due to oxygen deprivation.
Don't waste any more time on crows.
Bring them up to your level and they will disappear.
If you want to get rid of "ballast", increase your frequency.

And that's exactly how it is in life:

Not every battle is yours.
Not every provocation deserves your reaction.
Not every person is allowed to reach your level.
If you want to get rid of ballast, then...
increase your frequency
stay true to yourself and choose growth over justification

You don't have to fight anyone.
