Your reactivity is always always always pointing to a place within you that is not yet healed.
Someone who has awakened and realized who they really are BEYOND their ego and programming feels a deep peace NO MATTER WHAT is going on around them, no matter what others are doing, no matter what others say to them or believe about them or do to them. They remain not only completely unperturbed, but they also remain in a state of love for themselves and all involved.
This is true liberation.
There is no objective ‘baddie’ out there that is causing you to feel bad. It is always your attachment to a limiting belief, that then causes you to project a negative narrative on the external thing, that is making you feel bad.
So essentially, it is always YOU hurting your own feelings.
I know this can be a very triggering truth but it’s also an insanely liberating one. Because as long as you believe that the problem is out there, you’ll remain powerless.
But if you get that the problem is within you, you can take action and free yourself. 🫶🏼
