Trauma is a wordless story our body tells itself about what is safe and what is a threat.
Long-term trauma, especially in childhood, completely changes the way our minds reacts to every experience. It can alter the functioning of our brains and central nervous systems, leaving survivors feeling unsafe and anxious.
This feeling of insecurity begins to carry over into other areas of life, and we may feel as if we are always in danger or facing imminent attack.
We can however learn to feel safe about the world around us and begin a journey of healing and recovery by examining and processing our trauma.

You must allow the old to crumble, fall, burn away... before you can rebuild the new found “self.” Anything that is false or inauthentic has to break down and “dis-integrate” in order for an integration, rebirth & renewal to occur.
There will never be successes if you are trying to build on top of a broken foundation. It will continue to crumble every time you build. The universe will continue to realign you and get you on track, and if that requires the removal of anyone or anything that isn’t for your highest good, then that is what will happen.
Trust that there is a bigger plan always. Flow.... Let go.... Allow.
