โWe have heard all about the many cases of myocarditis and pericarditis post-injection, as well as recipients repeatedly testing "positive" for the virus even after doing the deed. But there is another concerning side effect occurring in the "fully vaccinated" for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) that is rarely mentioned: blindness. The latest data out of the United Kingdom suggests that a growing number of fully jabbed people are losing their eyesight. The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) Yellow Card system currently shows 163 cases of total blindness among people who got jabbed with the Pfizer-BioNTech needle, along with an additional six cases of central vision loss and four cases of sudden visual loss.โ

Not sure if the nutritional value is an absolute zero, but I know it destroys a lot of nutritional value, from what Iโve read. There are plenty of publications & books on this subject. Reason Iโm sharing this: I parted ways with using these machines YEARS ago bc of basically what is said here. I still see a lot of truther friends (& many others) using them to microwave their *organic* foods, and just wanted to get this message out.โ๐ผ
PS: the mere fact that the W.H.O๐คก says that using them is harmless to us/our food should speak volumes about the origins of that school of thought.๐ก
Note: I know this can be a bleak truth for people who are used to how โeasyโ it has made heating food, and thatโs sadly all by design. Toaster ovens & stovetops do take a bit longer, but theyโre implemented disciplines that are better options IMO.

On self-regulation: I, myself, have healed a great deal over recent years- having come from a fiery Latin family upbringing, where passionate outbursts were a norm when there was any disapproval- mostly from the adults, & it trickled down.
Passionate reactions can be wonderful & totally appropriate- we are creatures of many levels of emotions & thresholds.๐ฅ This isnโt to say we shouldnโt be angry- but to say there are healthy, non-damaging ways to express anger.
The lesson of self-regulation is a biggie right now. Left unchecked, the lessons regarding self-discipline will keep presenting themselves until you decide to take action w/ yourself.
This goes for the other side of the coin re boundaries: if youโre one who allows others to bulldoze you w/ outbursts or disrespect, it may be time to learn to establish healthy boundaries- another healthy discipline that isnโt easy for those unfamiliar, but a lesson presenting itself to many in this arena.

Social following & acceptance has become too central to the self esteem of so many (& the external programming has made it so), when turning inward holds the fiercest power right now.๐ฅ Interaction with others is in our nature, but for happiness to be dependent on others isnโt the best approach.
We simply arenโt meant to be the same, act the same, choose the same, or live the same, etc. Green is correct: our individuality is one of our greatest strengths.
