She admits it multiple times. Starting 0:22 "I can't dispute that". Incredulous.

They admitted they messed up the paperwork for the first section 5.2 (72 hour extension). That was on Sat 14th May. They then put him on a second consecutive section 5.2, Tue 17th May, which is also illegal.

They are denying Simon any visitors. They say people can make an appointment to see him, but when someone books, they say the person is banned, and will be charged with aggravated trespass if they enter the grounds.

His mother has repeatedly requested to have him released, which she can do on section 2. Refusing to release him is illegal.

we instructed a lawyer to write to Boris Johnson and Sajid Javid asking them to withdraw the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) which fundamentally alter the constitution of the UK, by essentially giving away our sovereignty to the World Health Organisation, and in particular it's director general and it's regional directors.

The amendments are due to be discussed at the 75th World Health Assembly in Geneva 22nd to 28th May 2022.

No response was forthcoming from the Government's solicitors and so proceedings were issued at the High Court today, in an effort to stave off this attempted breach of our constitutional rights.💥💥💥
