New Zealand High Court Ends Jacinda Ardern’s Vaccine Mandate: “It’s a Gross Violation of Human Rights”

"New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern was left reeling on Friday after a High Court ruled that her vaccine mandate represented a 'gross violation of human rights' for New Zealanders.

The landmark case means that the police and NZDF cannot be fired for refusing to take the experimental vaccine. This case will be used to overthrow all of Ardern’s illegal mandates in New Zealand.

Justice Francis Cooke ruled that ordering frontline police officers and Defence staff to be vaccinated or face losing their job was not a 'reasonably justified' breach of the Bill of Rights.

Nzherald.co.nz reports: The lawyer for the police and Defence staff at the centre of the claim is now calling for the suspended workers to return to their jobs immediately, saying many have given decades of service to their community and are still committed to their jobs."

A UK Govt ad published in the Daily Telegraph listed comments from medical experts. One of the experts quoted was Alison Culpan, Scottish Director of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry.

She reportedly says that if you catch covid-19 you might get Long Covid which she warns can have serious and debilitating long-term effects, especially on people’s ability to exercise, work and maintain relationships. That’s odd because the major research on Long Covid seems to me to show that Long Covid (if it exists at all) is a psychological problem not a physical problem. A&E doctor, Dr Okorocha, says that `it is highly unlikely people will suffer serious issues following a covid vaccination’. THE FIGHT IS FAR FROM OVER BUT…

Last year I spent my 36th Birthday in police custody, released at 11:30pm with a sarcastic ‘Happy Birthday’ from the Custody staff after an arrest for handcuffing myself to the gates of Number 10 in protest while talking about the Midazolam Murders on a megaphone.

Many of us have been fighting for two years, relentlessly, sacrificing our time, friends, family, money and so much more so this year on my Birthday I will be hosting a Freedom Festival for all the Freedom Fighters… and to celebrate my birthday.

For as long as I am free (which may not last much longer if only temporary incarceration is on the horizon) I will fight, and for as long as I am free I won’t voluntarily give up that freedom.

There is so much more to be done, and I will never give up, like many of you, but for this one day I intend to celebrate the freedoms many of us have chosen not to give up.
