These mRNA 'vaccines' funnily enough are identical to the delivery method used to write new code for plants and animals going back to the 1970s from a commercial point of view. This mechanism is one of the techniques used to genetically modifying crops. The code that they have programmed is piggybacked on a virus or bacteria where the reverse transcriptase mechanism in the nucleus write the code to the DNA. The effect on the DNA can be temporary/transient or permanent depending on the type of virus the coding was piggybacked on.

If the virus is an adenovirus, the changes to the DNA are usually transient. However, to make permanent writing to DNA possible the viruses which are known to work belong to the Lentivirus family, the same family of viruses as HIV. These viruses allow for writing to the DNA that is permanent and that affects germline cells, meaning the change is passed on to the next generation if desired.

There is nothing new at all about this technology AND they knew damn well they were genetically modifying people who were being injected.

Why are you feeling Helpless?
Do you feel all this fighting is pointless?

Martin Seligman coined the term Learned Helplessness.
Through experimentation he learned that most people can only successfully handle about 2 to 3 simultaneous and continuous stressors.

To repeat, about 2 or 3 strong simultaneous and continuous stressors, most people are more or less ok with and can cope. However, once this threshold is exceeded, various psychological phenomenon manifest that lead to what he termed Learned Helplessness whereby the individual becomes #paralysed or #frozen, believing that whatever they attempt to do will be #fruitless. Pointless.

He had some very interesting connections with leading social architects of his time. Interestingly he comes from an elite banking family background as well.

This Learned Helplessness technique is applied by the powers-that-be to keep you in check. It is well known how powerful the emotion of fear is. Most news consists of proposed crises that constantly provoke fear. This perception management technique is applied continuously on a credulous public who take to heart the news items projected to them through the media.

The technique is to overload the senses with 4 or more simultaneous AND continuous crises, or severe negative fear inducing news 'stories'. The result is a cowed and obedient public who do as they are told when they are told. It creates PSYCHOLOGICAL DEPENDENCE on the provider of the source of the bad news, who also provides the masses the proposed solutions to their anxiety.

It is apparent that even in so-called truth movement circles, the Ukraine-Russian 'war' has completely taken over their psychological space. This is because, even if they think the war is fake, since they have been constantly exposed to fearful material, they then hang onto every word the MSM (or alternative news sites) dish out on the war.

In other words, the more and the longer the fear is preached, the closer to big brother everybody draws.

First of all, manage your fear (anger). Realise most of the news is purposefully designed to create fear in you and that most of it is based on gas-lighting the public. You cannot ignore it, and you shouldn't sugar coat it, but you can put it in its proper place for the exaggerated pot-stirring crap that it is.

Keep this psychological technique in mind when you consume media. Know that teams of psychologists are employed by governments, corporations, NGOs, movie studios, advertising agencies, etc ... to nudge your behaviour and attitudes toward adopting conclusions on things that THEY WANT YOU to adopt.

They primarily evoke emotional responses from the public and then inculcate the narrative in with the emotion, causing it to become embedded. Through this technique of Learned Helplessness your nervous system is held hostage against you. You need to steal it back and become the guardian of your own mind once again.

The feeling that the world is ending, that there is nothing that can be done about it, is induced, by design to make you feel that way. If you feel this weight, take to heart that things are NOT actually anything near as bad as they are telling you.

1. The U.K. is one of the worst transgressors of Human Rights and has been held to account by the ECHR and ECJ on numerous occasions. This is quite simply a ‘Get out of Jail’ Bill so as to allow our judiciary - that is failing in its role as one of the main checks and balances on an authoritarian Government. This Government also wants to avoid Judicial Reviews and any challenges to its authority. In effect, a failure of democracy, our unwritten constitution and indeed, the Rule of Law..

2.It will have full autonomy, with no comeback - that is not healthy. The threat of Strasbourg and Brussels kept the focus on fairness, proportionality and the Rule of Law. The people will be purely at the mercy of a Judiciary that was given a £65,000 pay rise by their paymasters; the very people they are being asked to judge - there is a breakdown in the separation of powers, a critical element in our unwritten constitution as we have no written constitution upon which to rely and challenge. The Government wants all eggs in one basket…..and is stopping at nothing

3.Provided by HRA “Article 6 protects your right to a fair trial You have the right to a fair and public trial or hearing if: you are charged with a criminal offence and have to go to court, or a public authority is making a decision that has a impact upon your civil rights or obligations.”
Some judges want to replace this with a panel and urge. This is against the Rule of Law and in favour of the Government, not the little person. A persons right to a fair trial could be lost.
Why do I get the feeling I’m wasting my words, Government gets what Government wants…..?

4.Keep the Human Rights Act. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

5.Article 10” Article 10 of the Human Rights Act: Freedom of expression 1. Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.”
The Government is open and honest that it wishes to curtail our freedoms. In asking this question, it is laying itself bare. Article 10 is clear, so keep it in its entirety. Keep the HRA 1998 as an important check on Government. To not do so shows that the question is being asked disingenuously

6.No comment, other than the press is currently paid for by Government so there is a complete breakdown in trust and true investigative
journalism. In protecting the journalists, the Bill is protecting themselves as and when they see fit.

7.Simply to keep the HRA 1998 that empowers the people, not Government and its servants.

8. A person may have not suffered a ‘significant disadvantage’ in a subjective or even objective examination of the facts. The case, however, may be of greater importance than just the personal effect but it may be discontinued at a whim, should the authorities decide to do so

10. Each case on its merit. The current system works, but not always as Government wants.

11.The threat of such litigation is a check and balance against the authorities. The HRA 1998 manages this in its protocol. Change nothing. Protect people, not bullying power mongerers.

It is critical to keep this in its entirety, otherwise the checks and balances of our Government and Authorities disappear. That is obviously the plan here, the question being total evidence of that. There will be no comeback at all for the little person

13. When Governments are able to prorogue Parliament illegally and at will, as done in getting the CV Act 2020 through, Section 3 will be removed or at least diluted by introducing these measures. Again, critical to keep this as is.
