Having a child requires both money and stability, and for more than a decade now the entire world seems to have been conspiring to deny the under-40s either. Since 2007 this country and its economy has rolled from crisis to crisis: the crash, the recession, austerity, the next recession brought about by austerity, Brexit, the pandemic, another recession (a really big one this time), and now if we’re very lucky maybe we won’t have war in Europe but quite possibly we will. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960's during the Vietnam era, when he was involved in cloud seeding programs that worked to slow down the advance of Vietnamese and Korean troops. Livingston asserts that asserts that hurricane control was a national priority of the government more than 40 years ago and that the technology was fully operational to control the weather at the time.
Livingston explains how for decades the US government has had the power to both lessen and increase the severity of adverse weather for their own purposes.

Whatever you believe, acts of parliament have power, as the apparatus of the state is moved to change the world in order to comply, which means we will have to as well.
In the Commons now:
'A Bill to place a duty on the Government to declare a climate emergency; to amend the Climate Change Act 2008 to bring forward the date by which the United Kingdom is required to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions; to place a duty on the Government to create and implement a strategy to achieve objectives related to climate change, including for the creation of environmentally-friendly jobs; to require the Secretary of State to report to Parliament on proposals for increased taxation of large companies to generate revenue to be spent to further those objectives; and for connected purposes. '
They will reduce roads, raise taxes, restrict movement and eventually confine you to your living quarters on basic income; we will be fed poison and have our brains atrophied in the metaverse or whatever the internet develops into next according to their desires, all in the name of saving the environment.
The bare truth is there is no climate emergency - they use exactly the same mind manipulation tactics as you have seen with the scamdemic to get people to fear the Earth is dying and we should all therefore stop living.
Does no one remember giant corporations with government approval poisoning and polluting the hell out of us for the last 300 years? Now they're calling the weather our deadliest enemy, along with the freedom to travel and build businesses.
This is the big fight - the one that will usher in their Agenda 21 smart cities, georestricting, total 1984 surveillance and the end of free human thought and action, the source of everything that is useful and good in this world.
Speak up everywhere, and help stop this bill (now at 2nd reading in the Commons) from ever becoming a law.
