Legislation has not been MADE or PUBLISHED and as such, we should still be demanding under what legislation employers require our vaccination status.
We do not know when it will be MADE or PUBLISHED.
If you have yet to receive emails, etc, this is a good sign-- it means the employer is awaiting official word before moving ahead.
Those of you receiving emails, etc, remind them they are acting against the law currently. DEMAND what legislation they are using to request your vaccination status. Decline any health questionaires and state there is no requirement to fill it out yet.
Hold them to account.
For any vaccinated members, we request that you withdraw your consent for employers to hold your health records, including your vaccination status.
