We had a really wonderful time at our first Stand In The Light Unplugged event this past weekend! What a great way to celebrate six years of The Light Paper with so many of our freedom tribe. Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a brilliant get together! Huge thanks also to the venue owner Paul and his staff, the fantastic workshop leaders, musicians, volunteers and stallholders. We absolutely love putting on these special SITL gatherings and have another Stand In The Night event planned for later in the year (I can't bring myself to mention the C-word just yet! ๐) - details to come soon! Meet Geoff Thompson.
Geoff was fed up with car selling websites getting too expensive and ruining the experience of buying and selling cars.
So he DID A THING.
He decided to take on Auto Trader and create an alternative where people can buy and sell their cars for free.
This isn't a paid advert. It's just a great example of someone seeing something they weren't happy with and actually doing something about it.
