Henry Lamb. He passed away in 2012 and was evidently very effective in stopping the Man and Biosphere (MAB) progress in the U.S. This paper published in 2016 acknowledges his effectiveness and proposes ways to put steam into MAB legislation. Fascinating.

On 25th March 2024, the Government announced “plans” for enhanced water fluoridation in the North East of England. A consultation is launched alongside these plans, the results of which will be ignored, for your safety.
Nonetheless, if the consultation is not responded to, there are no sticks with which to beat the Government, and only limited justification for taking action.

“Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral which protects teeth against decay. Natural levels of fluoride in water can be safely topped up to provide additional protection for teeth and reduce dental health inequalities, with decades of research showing it is effective and safe.”
