Thailand government has announced it will establish up to 105 smart cities in large municipal areas by 2027.
Commerce Minister Phumtham Wechayachai unveiled the plan on Wednesday during his speech to open the Thailand Smart City Expo 2023, being held at Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre until Friday.
The smart city plan is a national agenda and part of the 13th national economic and social development plan, said Phumtham, speaking in his capacity as deputy prime minister in charge of the economy.
Smart cities will utilise Big Data solutions to improve public life and tackle people’s everyday issues, he added.
So far, 36 municipalities in 25 provinces have been certified as smart cities.

The Millennium Project in 2000, 8 goals for the millennium were put in place to be achieved my 2015. When those goals passed, unachieved, Agenda 2030 was rolled out in Rome with the blessing of the Pope, the goals had been split into 17 goals to be achieved by 2030, same goals , just a little more detail. As people grew suspicious of the plan and began speaking out particularly in the US, they changed the name thinking they could simply re brand it and no one would notice. The latest incarnation is The Green New Deal

World Economic Forum Backs UNESCO’s Push To Regulate Speech on Social Media, Pushes Its Own Toolkit “Digital Safety” Which Will Tackle “Hate Speech” and “Cyberbullying”
Here’s the UN (at least those who have their ultimate say in the organization’s overall agencies’ agenda), and here’s the World Economic Forum (WEF), supporting that activity, wholeheartedly.
Has something gone right this time? Spoiler: Well, no.
But do read on – because knowledge, and context, are truly important. The educated guess is – there will be many more of these instances of social media censorship schemes coming down this particular pike.
And what better than to recognize them for what they are, as they do come.

Eventually the system we’re to go into is going to do away with the system of money and way of living and how we earn it in fact. The state ultimately is to be sole arbiter of what you earn. It will dole out so many credits per week.
Lord Bertrand Russell wrote about this in “The Impact of Science on Society.” He said it will be used as a form of #socialcontrol. Those who are against the system or disobey orders will find that their #credits will not be in their bank account on the Monday morning. That will be your punishment.
👉 You won't be able to buy food.

The EU is currently working on a draft law that would practically expropriate older residential buildings. If they do not meet the new European energy efficiency standards then these buildings will lose the permit to be occupied in 2030. That is in less than 7 years.
