Money is equavelant to your labour and time. Why would they tax your labour with 40% or even 60%, if they can tax you a 100%?

Like a voucher, one's credit score, can expire leaving you unable to save anything. You will own nothing. Your life will be a 100% taxable.

In the Future they plan, one will be #policed through commerce. I would imagine this to be linked to your credit score. If you are naughty they will cut off your income.
