Insurance Companies will Replace Government

"To manage mercantile time, the two dominant industries will still be insurance and distraction. Insurance companies (and the risk-coverage institutions of the financial markets) will create private police forces that will first take care of hypersurveillance of businesses, consumers, and workers. They will spend considerable sums to shape public opinion and gain the loyalty of their clients.

They will require of them the obligation to respect the norms, and then the purchase of self-surveil-lance items. For the poorest, microinsurance will no longer be (as it was in the ninth form) an instrument for promoting democracy but its substitute. Similarly, the distraction industries will use surveillance technologies and offer performances ceaselessly adapted to the reactions of the spectators, whose emotions will be permanently captured, monitored, and integrated into the play. The fact that the spectacle will be free of charge will serve as a support for new consumption. In order not to seem reduced to fear management, self-surveil-lance will dress itself up as information, as a game, or as entertainment."

Attali divides economic history of mankind into a series of forms. 

The book hypothesizes that "merchant order" went through nine successive geographical "cores" associated with a characteristic technology. The core cities were:

1 Bruges with the central rudder stock (1200–1350)[1]
2 Venice with the caravel (1350–1500)[1]
3 Antwerp with printing (1500–1560)[1]
4 Genoa and accounting (1560–1620)[1]
5 Amsterdam with the fluyt (1620–1788)[1]
6 London and the steam engine (1788–1890)[1]
7 Boston and the piston engine (1890–1929)[1]
8 New York City with the electric engine (1929–1980)[1]
9 Los Angeles and the microchip (1980–present)[1]

A city would then become a "core" when it able to transform a service into an industrial product. The close vicinity becomes the "environment", and the rest of the world becomes the "periphery".

Why do the elite want people off the land and living in cities?

When corporates take over farming, then all will be dependent.

Corporates can regulate food and determine rashions of food and water (which will likely be determined by your credit score). They will have more control to regulate the masses. Growing your own food won't be possible.

ELITE BOOKS:

Prof Arnold Toynbee is one of the architects who pinned his ideas regarding Smart Cities (metropolitans) in his book called the Cities of Destiny. Herein he shares some of their plans, 65 years ago. 

They want everyone off the land, basically. No small town will exist.

The last chapter of the book is titled:

"The Coming World-City: Ecumunepolis"

"Protection systems, both public and private, have been put into place. Especially insurance companies"

Speaking of the Private-Public partnership, which, according to the Architect, Jacques Attali, has already been put in place.

If you want to know what they are planning, make sure you read all about what was said by Jacques Attali. He is one important key player (or beam of light as they call them) in the 21st century.

From wearable devices to implanted nanoparticle (mRNA) surveillance, monitoring thoughts (as discussed at WEF's davos conference this year). Making clothing and fabric with nanoparticles or nanofibers is part of the #surveillance state Jacques Attali wrote of. Attali also speaks of #Chimera (genetics) - yes Chimera - this vision ties in with the WHO's document on "Governance Framework", whereby they plan to edit the human genome (to create a new human race hybrid - build back better refers to this etc). Attali also references the way they see future 'government' - the Supranational Government Structure
- which is completely taken over and monitored by Insurance companies. This forms part of the migration from traditional governments to private governance (like twitter, social media now in charge of 'free speech') - which is all part of the private-public partnership pushed by WEF and written of in Stakeholder Capitalism. This why they set up governmental sectors to fail. Sectors like the NHS is to be privatised and people will 'beg for it'. It's a private corporate take over. In 1998 Attali describes a future pandemic to establish a world police force that eventually becomes a planetary power.
