In the following video translated by RAIR, French writer Paul-Étienne Pierrecourt examines some of Jacques Attali’s writings and his stunning predictions that apply to world8 events of the last few years.

In his book the “21st Century Dictionary,” published in 1998, Jacques Attali describes a future pandemic to establish a world #police force that eventually becomes a planetary power.

He highlights specific terms, including the word “#Epidemic.” In addition, Attali states, “we will take planetary measures of containment, which will briefly question nomadism and democracy.”

Predicts World War III Beginning With Ukraine

Attali, a regular on political talkshow in France, predicted in #2014 that World War III would start with Ukraine. The video ends with former French President Nicolas Sarkozy warns, “we will proceed together toward a new world order, and nobody, and I do mean nobody, will be able to oppose it.”

Insurance Companies will Replace Government

#JacquesAttali:

"To manage mercantile time, the two dominant industries will still be insurance and distraction. Insurance companies (and the risk-coverage institutions of the financial markets) will create private police forces that will first take care of hypersurveillance of businesses, consumers, and workers. They will spend considerable sums to shape public opinion and gain the loyalty of their clients.

They will require of them the obligation to respect the norms, and then the purchase of self-surveil-lance items. For the poorest, microinsurance will no longer be (as it was in the ninth form) an instrument for promoting democracy but its substitute. Similarly, the distraction industries will use surveillance technologies and offer performances ceaselessly adapted to the reactions of the spectators, whose emotions will be permanently captured, monitored, and integrated into the play. The fact that the spectacle will be free of charge will serve as a support for new consumption. In order not to seem reduced to fear management, self-surveil-lance will dress itself up as information, as a game, or as entertainment."

Attali divides economic history of mankind into a series of forms. 

The book hypothesizes that "merchant order" went through nine successive geographical "cores" associated with a characteristic technology. The core cities were:

1 Bruges with the central rudder stock (1200–1350)[1]
2 Venice with the caravel (1350–1500)[1]
3 Antwerp with printing (1500–1560)[1]
4 Genoa and accounting (1560–1620)[1]
5 Amsterdam with the fluyt (1620–1788)[1]
6 London and the steam engine (1788–1890)[1]
7 Boston and the piston engine (1890–1929)[1]
8 New York City with the electric engine (1929–1980)[1]
9 Los Angeles and the microchip (1980–present)[1]

A city would then become a "core" when it able to transform a service into an industrial product. The close vicinity becomes the "environment", and the rest of the world becomes the "periphery".

Going into the era of self-surveillance that #JacquesAttali spoke about. Insurance companies will make these and many more compulsory. Joe Sixpack is dim, he will gladly pay for them and even foolishly chuckle at his own demise(dim eyes).

👆 A book well worth reading. Written by who many have dubbed 'The Kissinger of Europe'. He is privy to and and a contributing architect of the 4IR. He writes, as most of them do, in a predictive style, as if just making an educated guess. These authors are aware of the goals and plans, often participants in them. So when someone like Attali "predicts" such-and-such, pay careful attention. #jacquesattali

Futurologist Oskar Villani 2014 Interview

As early as 2014, futurologist Dr. Oskar Villani said it was possible to monitor people with barely visible computer chips. These tiny chips are called “Smart Dust.” Hundreds of them can be “transferred” to a person with a simple handshake. DARPA was significantly involved in its development and had been funding other similar projects since 1990. They also found a way to use Smart Dust to monitor and read our brain waves and signals, potentially exposing unexpressed thoughts and moods.

It is possible to transfer tiny chips, which are hardly visible to the naked eye, to other people with a handshake – it is no longer necessary to implant microchips to monitor people.

On July 1, 2014, the futurologist Oskar Villani was a guest on German television program “Heute Konkret”. The nearly 5-minute interview begins with Villani shaking hands with presenter Claudia Reiterer and then telling her that he has transferred several hundred microchips to her. The chips can monitor her for up to 14 days and read a wide variety of data.
