Concerns about reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) planks were first raised in 2018.

Very important to understand what this term means. It is in full swing globally but no one has been informed about it. It is another way of saying Planned Austerity.

But we, the tax payers are still operating in a financial system that does require the growth model of finance. Thus they are quietly economically engineering us out of our lifestyles.

AN AWAKENING

Whether religious or not, I think many readers here will relate to some of these experiences.

In 2014 I was working for a UK organization which adjudicates financial disputes. The work was interesting, but the organization was going through a structural change which made no sense. Our work began to be micro-managed and woke ideology started creeping into the office.

That same year, I collapsed and was very ill from a major bleed due to a duodenal ulcer. It wasn’t really what is known as a near-death experience (NDA) but during my recovery I felt different spiritually and used the time to reflect on life. Before I hadn’t embraced any one religion but was always open-minded.

Explained: The new rules for selling houses in France

From September 2022, anyone who wants to sell an older house in France may have to pay for a €700-800 energy audit of their property.

The regulations form part of the Climate and Resilience law and will come into force in September 2022. In France, properties that fall into the F and G categories are known as passoires thermales - or heat sinks. According to Le Parisien, some 4.8 million properties in France fall into this category, generally older properties or those in poor repair. 
The cost of obtaining a DPE generally ranges between €100-250 depending on the size of the property and when it was built. You can find a certified list of DPE providers here and here.
