These companies get their instruction from their founders.

The public-private partnership is peeking its head in different forms. The WEF has the same vision referred to as Stakeholder Capitalism. Governments are being run by private companies. They call it a partnership but it's more like a take over under e everyone's noses. It's all hidden. The strategy and vision is the same.
