It was intended to be a corporate take over all along.
The UN was funded by the Rockefellers and private investors. This article assumes it was governmental innitiarives.
The Rockefeller also announced recently it will be working much more closer with the WHO and data . org, which is another company started and funded by them.
You could say that the WHO is a Rockefeller company.
The public private partnership is perking it's head in different forms. The WEF has the sane vision. It's all hidden. The strategy and vision is the sane.

Who gets to decide what 'defective' really means?
This topic is very easy to look into. This is the next blue-chip industry and lots of gene editing companies are advertising their skills.
Just to emphasize, gene editing is NOT NEW. It has been in full implementation since the 1970s and the means of getting to the DNA has improved immeasurably.
Injection WILL give way to oral pills which will eventually through the merger of bio-nanotechnology become remote. Read more
