We have finally received an order from the Deputy Chief Magistrate in PUB’s Private Criminal Prosecution against Hancock, Whitty, Vallance and Ferguson for pandemic fraud, dismissing the case without a hearing, on the ludicrous ground that there is no evidence the defendants have acted dishonestly, whether for material gains or with prior knowledge that their actions would cause catastrophic loss.

In doing so, the judge also set aside comprehensive expert witness testimony as mere “hearsay”, which is the exact opposite of the truth.

In substantiation of this critical point, Chris Whitty admitted to the House of Lords inquiry into the nature of COVID-19 by the Science and Technology Committee on 24/04/2020 that:

“…the very first point at which anybody outside China knew about this was on 31 December last year, when they notified the WHO. I had my first discussion about it with my deputy, Jonathan Van-Tam, on 2 January. We both agreed that it was something to watch. […]

"Significant concerns” over safety of rapid lateral flow tests

On 10 June,1 the agency warned the public to stop using the Innova SARS-CoV-2 antigen rapid qualitative test for detecting infection and suggested the tests should be destroyed and binned or returned to the manufacturer.

The FDA published a class 1 recall of the test after an investigation carried out between March and April uncovered “significant concerns that the performance of the test has not been adequately established, presenting a risk to health.”

Class 1 is the most serious kind of recall and indicates that use of the tests may cause serious injury or death.👈

Her 41 year old son had tragically died suddenly and Carol phoned me as she and her husband wanted to leave the hotel. I explained she is Free and has a right to Liberty. She and her husband just walked out of the hotel, and went back for their luggage later with Mick Stott, of the Guardians300 and WFA. Here is her story, which she would like to share to help others. Sharing our story to help anyone else in this position. We have lived in Dubai for 19 years, returning often to our family in UK. Since lockdown we stayed in Dubai as we were living a normal as possible life, everything open and only masks worn while in public places. UAE has had only 1,500 deaths yet we are a red list Country. We had no plans to return to UK while it had all the restrictions it had but...

Our eldest Son died suddenly 9th June and we immediately made plans to return as soon as we got neg tests and a flight, it took 3 days to get from Dubai to UK and we emailed Gov 4 times in total asking for exemption under the circumstances, we got no reply! We took 3 hours at the airport asking for exemption and no one could help us, we were told someone at the Hotel Quarantine would be able to sort it, we arrived to be told no one in power there and we have to email the Gov !!

We then were told we were not allowed out for fresh air for 3 days but the Liason officer said she can see the pain in my face so she allowed us out for 15 minutes to walk in the car park.

Day 3 we got a neg test and they allowed us 8 hours to go visit my precious boy in a morgue, they marched us with two security to my middle Sons car and the Liason officer was there waiting with our release papers for 8 hours. She had informed my grieving Son not to hold his grieving Mother and Father, at least while we were there, she told him to go somewhere to hug us. We drive 3 hours to the morgue in my home town and after a battle to see him in the morgue I finally held him whilst he was in a body bag under a sheet, I lay my chest across him and finally talked to him and told him I loved him and would always take care of his children, then I had to go back grief stricken and spelt of any energy to fight the system. Day 4 we walked out, right through the doors but only took hand luggage, we left all our belongings in the room. I arranged my Sons funeral and got him to a funeral house out if the morgue, I went into hiding as the police had visited my Mothers house 3 times and searched every room for us like we were criminals of the highest order.

We were responsible people and took anther Covid test on Day 8 which again was negative. We registered with the Common law court so we can protect ourselves and fight the 20,000 fine they will issue! Yesterday I recorded this as we returned with help to get our luggage ..,

Wow what a day full of mixed emotions, stress and a powerful feeling of taking back Control!!

Today we returned to quarantine Hotel, to collect our belongings after walking out on day 4 so that we can organize our Sons funeral. We had help from Two amazing guys.. we took back our power, we had both had 3 negative test results, Since leaving Dubai , we tried to get exempt from quarantine through correct Gov website, we emailed them 4 times, no reply .......
