If you can't see it - they are centralising all health care and health care databases to start with the Digital Id coupled to your health. This will be used to monitor and track travel. They can then bring it in to couple with your Bank card. Your card will suddenly not work if you're outside of the 15min city zone.. Or if your credit score is low cause you traveled too much in your car (bad for the environment) then they will switch off your car or tax / fine you automatically as they have GPS on your car.
