This "urgent need" (to counter it) is the perfect excuse to change laws surrounding freedom of movement, digitising the borders etc...
Everything is now done on a one world, global point of view. This is done to 'unify' and get people used to thinking past their own areas, to bypass the concept of sovereignty. This is why it is pushed so hard, "as an issue" that is a "crisis" that needs "urgent attention". As it is now a global "concern" this means this issue can be used to change laws, policies, procedures and norms for all the countries of the world at once. They will use an issue like this and insert it into an omnibus of new legislation in order to get you to accept it quickly, meanwhile what is actuallly more important to them is whatever else is packaged in that omnibus legislation.

This will have a huge detrimental impact not only for those wanting to use cash, but also for help, information, assistance deleting the cheapest fare etc etc. bank cards use will also create records of your travel movements
They are claiming this nefarious move is to “modernise” the railway - in the same way banks have “modernised” by closing branches!! Don’t be fooled !
This will NOT be convenient or quicker and will also impact the most vulnerable in society, like the blind, disabled, those with learning difficulties, elderly, tourists etc
Like self checkout, this will also mean less staff and fewer jobs.

Anything is possible these days with computer generated graphics.
The UFO vs Climate Change scenarios will likely both be executed.
These are the 2 scenarios the elite researched and weighed up as to which one will be more effective. But I think they will implement both. Just like the 4 lockstep scenarios now seem to be all in the pipeline.
The UFO is to unite. So one can imagine this being at the end of their agenda. When everyone needs the "advice of the higher authorities that are off planet..."
They also tie this in with the religious views. Perfect.
These scenarios, just like the lockstep scenarios, are published way in advance.

They are trialing to see if the dumbed down public us ready for a fake UFO invasion. Their aim is to unite the world in the end.
