According to a new report by the BIS, they are going to sell the CBDC not as central bank digital currency, but a unified digital ledger with a catchy name and some very good benefits for those who trust the system, which is still the majority of people, if dwindling every day.
While they will continue to squeeze via currency inflation, interest rate rises, mass migration and the anti-carbon agenda, it may be that they do not need a major financial crisis to encourage people into their new system - just develop it and market it really well.
They simply won't tell people about the costs, down the road, which is where we come in. This is just a reminder that while we know it's a trap, it will be very attractive and it will have a great big piece of cheese in there.
Who's going to say no to a much better economic outlook after a few years of depression? Of course, they may completely break the banking system down first, but it isn't actually necessary, if their ledger system does everything they want it to.
Like the internet and smart phones, it will be sold with all benefits blazing, and people will lap it up. We need to remember that.

Rule 5.4 of the Ofcom Broadcasting Code requires all broadcasters to ensure that their programmes - whatever their genre - exclude all expressions of the views and opinions of the person providing the service on matters of political and industrial controversy or current public policy.

The treaty states that all member states agree to not use weather manipulation as a warfare weapon on another – This means that most countries are taxing their citizens when they either have been manipulating the weather or they are able to change the weather to 'save us from climate change' --- it's all kept quiet.
In addition.

This will have a huge detrimental impact not only for those wanting to use cash, but also for help, information, assistance getting the cheapest fare etc etc. bank cards use will also create records of your travel movements
They are claiming this nefarious move is to “modernise” the railway - in the same way banks have “modernised” by closing branches!! Don’t be fooled !
This will NOT be convenient or quicker and will also impact the most vulnerable in society, like the blind, disabled, those with learning difficulties, elderly, tourists etc
Like self checkout, this will also mean less staff and fewer jobs.

This is why it is pushed so hard, "as an issue" that is a "crisis" that needs "urgent attention". As it is now a global "concern" this means this issue can be used to change laws, policies, procedures and norms for all the countries of the world at once. They will use an issue like this and insert it into an omnibus of new legislation in order to get you to accept it quickly, meanwhile what is actuallly more important to them is whatever else is packaged in that omnibus legislation.
