Imposing a #communist government whereby if all countries don't agree, then no single country will have autonomy to do as they will.
Sovereignty no more. Bullied into submission. This is communitarianism.
Lavrov shows a reluctance to comply. He fidgets and hides things. Now I know, body language is not something to go on. However, for those interested, please take it with a pinch of salt. If not your cuppa, let it pass.
