Prepping the mindset as they want to switch to mega cities worldwide. #FactoryCities to be exact. That is the purpose of #SmartCities. Except smart cities sounds more appetising than the slave prison cities planned.
The Kalergi plan is aka the Lancaster Plan, which was more towards UK locally. Whereas the Kalergi plan targets Europe.
