The government have quietly published the consultation on a new form of Digital ID, and we have very little time to do anything about it.
In case you're unaware, this is more than just the groundwork for the next phase in control of the citizens.
If you aren't terrified by the idea of the government tracking your every move, in every way, via a digital log in, then you've clearly missed something about the last three years.
The consultation is online for you to read, it's confusing, and the questionnaire that follows is extremely loaded with the way the questions are presented.

Important 5g case update

On 6 and 7 February 2023 the Administrative Court heard the judicial review of the Secretary of State’s alleged failure to address the evidence of risks to human health posed by 5G technology.

Barrister Philip Rule is acting for the claimants, led by Michael Mansfield KC, and instructed by Hackett & Dabbs LLP.

The case is essentially about the dangers of 5g and the Govt's failure to consider these and inform the public of the alleged ill effects of 5g, in particular 3 substantiated effects caused by exposure to radiofrequency EMFs: (i) nerve stimulation, (ii) changes in the permeability of cell membranes, and (iii) effects due to temperature elevation.

The claimants also argued that there are existing vulnerable groups who ought to be considered by the Govt, and who deserve to be given information to assist them (but have not been), including:

✔️Those with disabilities that require medical implants with electrical currents or conductivity, including pace-makers in the heart for example.

✔️Those with disability/injury that require the implant of metal to their body;

✔️Children–for instance, children’s brains absorb greater quantity of RFR, and bone marrow exposure is greater; as well as their lifespan exposure being of longer duration;

✔️Those who presently suffer disability arising from exisiting cancer;

✔️Those presently suffering pre-cancerous conditions;

✔️Those exposed habitually to radiation in the workplace, of particular levels or longevity;

✔️Those with immunosuppressant conditions;

✔️Those suffering from ME;

✔️Those suffering from EHS.

The Court was shown that the International Agency for Research on Cancer has classified both ELF magnetic fields and RF EMFs as possibly carcinogenic to humans. Exposure to non-ionising radiation including radiofrequency is notably a recorded disease or illness recognised by the WHO, since 2005, in the International Classification of Diseases, ICD-10.

Some of the grounds advance a breach of the Human Rights Act 1998 by omissions and failings in violation of the positive obligations to protect human life, health and dignity, required to be met by Articles 2, 3 and/or 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

Judgment is now awaited from the Administrative Court.

UK tests tracking citizens’ habits, rewarding them for good behavior

One city is being used as a case study.

Edging closer towards a social credit style system, the UK is using the city of Wolverhampton to pilot a new app that will offer rewards to people who exercise and eat healthy. The idea is to motivate people to make healthier choices.

Participants of the pilot will be given a wrist device and an app that will provide personalized health recommendations like eating vegetables and walking more. Users will get points that they can cash-in for consumer rewards like food vouchers, theme park tickets, and movie theater discounts.

“This pilot is an exciting opportunity to see how we can empower people to make healthy changes to their lifestyle and I would encourage all adults in Wolverhampton to come forward and register their interest,”

I totally reject the proposed "legislation to support digital identity verification." It appears to be a gross intrusion into the privacy of the individual, and a monumental security and safety risk that would endanger members of the public right down to children as young as 13.

It sounds as though all Government departments, Local Authorities and even schools would be sharing highly personal information on citizens - including data as sensitive as income, photos and email addresses.

All this would then be accessible to almost anyone working for the state AND "any organisation" working WITH Government. Can this possibly be true?

Data sharing of personal, sensitive data will open us up to abuse and discrimination.

Do you think it appropriate to run a public 'consultation' on this radical change in the relationship between how citizens provide data to the state, that almost no-one knows about and lasting 8 weeks?

Do you really intend for this to be imposed - with little if any Parliamentary scrutiny - by December?

Government has an appalling record of large scale IT projects and data security. Ministers also repeatedly denied "Covid passes" would be introduced, before they were, so distrust has been earned. In Scotland, the Information Commissioner's Office even found the scheme introduced there broke the law.

This proposal puts the public at risk and leads to greater surveillance, unnecessary monitoring and huge potential to be used in an authoritarian way by the state.

This appears to be legislation that comes with enormous risks to the safety not only of adult citizens but of children as young as 13. It should be scrapped.
