The Debt Plan
Country Debt causes a generational enslavement to the elite. Any debt, really. Having the whole world in a debt—enslavement—grid enables them to control countries and continents on a global scale.
They can shift wealth around to create austerity or prosperity. Money answers everything, ecclestiastes says.
After debt creation one can no longer be independant. The debtor is slave to the master, proverbs warns. From here the elite transition into global standardisation. Why does every country have to have the same standards? — the same monetary system, schooling, governmental policies, identity travel pass, the same globally, which seem innocent in and of itself, but the agenda behind it is to create a world order.
Standardise before unification.
Depleting the wealth of 1st world countries and distributing it to 3rd world's, not to make one more rich than another, but rather to bring in a form of "equalisation". Communism in the name of equality.

Jan 30 (Reuters) - British spies unlawfully retained people's intercepted data over almost five years, a tribunal said on Monday in a ruling that blamed “widespread corporate failure” at the domestic intelligence agency MI5 and the interior ministry.
The Investigatory Powers Tribunal, which did not mention specific cases or intelligence targets in its written judgment, said there had been “serious failings in compliance” by MI5 from late 2014 to April 2019.
