What if we no longer have our own thoughts? What if they control what we think and deceive us in letting us think these are our own thoughts?

Like the tower of Babylon being of one mind and having the ability to "hear" other's thoughts. When none of our thoughts are private any more.

What if a few years from now, the meta verse virtual reality is hard to distinguish from true reality? When you "log off" will you know of you are truly leaving the virtual world? We can no longer distinguish computerised faces from real ones.

How will you know if technology has become indistinguishable? If all our senses can be mimicked? Is this where the United Nation's WHO is leading towards with their genome project to transform human beings? Even to the point of altering our appearances.

If they can "download anything" into your brain, how will we know what are our thoughts and what is not?

Already we see TV used in a hypnotic way with certain frequencies to put people in a trance. This hypnosis makes it hard to share cognitive logic to those who succumb to subconscious manipulation daily. How to compete with hypnosis.

When no one can reach the satellite grid being put in place to keep us constantly online, how will we be able to stop it?

Already we see some schools introduce more hours of augmented virtual reality to children.

The beehive with Bees having one mind. Being controlled or as their new age movement states "being one" in both mind and action. The forehead and the hand.

The above article was printed in 2007. The meta-(middle)verse is not the brainchild of Mark Zuckerberg.  It will be where future business and commerce takes place (for the time being). Brick and mortar businesses are going to be replaced by virtual shopping places whilst logistics companies take over all control of the movement of products, think Amazon.

Predictive programming for the idea of the Metaverse began in 1992, through a novel called Snow Crash, from Wikipedia:-

"The term metaverse was coined in Neal Stephenson's 1992 science fiction novel Snow Crash, where humans, as programmable avatars, interact with each other and software agents, in a three-dimensional virtual space that uses the metaphor of the real world. Stephenson used the term to describe a virtual reality-based successor to the internet."

Now you'll understand why digital currency and blockchain technology is coming in.

Once this all becomes wireless and imbedded in human tissue it will seal humanity's fate.  Whilst one part of you is living in the cloud playing in a fantasy (dream), another part of you (your hijacked mind) will be slaving in a smart city factory (which will be right next to your smart city sleeping dorm) making things for your masters.  You will have no sense of being a sentient individual in reality, albeit for being occupied in a virtual mind prison that you will not be able to leave. The part of you that makes you who you are will be imprisoned in a complex of digital servers.  It will be the end of individuality.

Do you appreciate the important difference between reality and virtual reality? If not, start thinking about it seriously!
