This will be on an individual as well as on a corporate level.
Those who are unaware of the schemes of the enemy, will think taking governance in their own hands, (or the impression rather) is their own idea. However it is a psychological, for lack of a better word mindf**k. (cognitive dissonance if you need a nicer word)
And the slaves will not only love their servitude, as Huxley said, suggest it as their own brainchild; but also police themselves, the orwellean way.

IMF Chief Says Central Bank Digital Currency Should Be Used Alongside Social Credit System to Control What People Can and Cannot Buy
The deputy managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) recently explained how Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC) can be programmed to determine what people are allowed to buy and insisted they should be used alongside a China-style Social Credit Score system.
Unlike cryptocurrency, which is private, Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) will be issued and controlled by the central banks themselves.
In many ways, it’s the same as banknotes, but that every single transaction will be monitored for compliance.

WHO Declares That Covid Is STILL A Global Health Emergency
The World Health Organisation has declared that Covid-19 is still a global health emergency. It isn’t of course and never was, but as we’re now mid-way through Autumn, it comes as no surprise that the WHO is ramping up the fear porn.
They’re priming us to accept restrictions over the Winter. Indeed, in Ireland, Health Minister Stephen Donnelly has urged the public to wear masks on public transport although he stressed that it isn’t mandatory.
