As we have seen so far with the Covid-19 fraud, 'healthcare' is the perfect leverage system to get everyone walking in lockstep.

The bigger goal is to make everyone measurable, to record one's energy expenditure in carbon credits.

Once you are measurable then limits can be set.  Incentives and disincentives will be imposed/leveraged on you for compliance or disobedience to your quota.
