Biden Wouldn't Just "Fail" a Cognitive Test
Levels of Cognitive Impairment

2. Subjective congitive impairment (SCI): what you generally get as age advances
2. Mild cognitive impairment (MCI):
3. Dementia
The reason I know this scale is because I have MCI. As these things go I'm young, so I've a long time before I have to worry about dementia; no feels. Based on my own experience, I would say that Biden definitely has MCI.
Here's the thing, I don't run the most powerful country in the world. Keep in mind that this isn't a normal part of aging and it's generally seen as a deterioration of many different cognitive abilities. An average aging adult reach Subjective Cognitive Impairment (SCI). As the name implies, this is most noticed by the person experiencing it. Though, as we all have grandparents who can be absent-minded at times, "subjective" isn't always the case.
When thinking of cognitive impairment, try not to think of it as a test you pass or fail but the grade you get overall during a class that year. It changes during the year, in any quarter, on any day, and after every assignment. So, while I might be passing for much of the year, a project may come due and I've completely forgotten to do it or put it off until too late.
Biden has teetered between being a C and D student—in the US at least, a D is a failing grade. Any teacher knows that when grades get that close, some subjectivity may be necessary. Did they work hard to pass? Did they show up every day? What was their attitude in class? All of these things come into play.
For this metaphor, grades are coming due—the teachers, the American people. What you will have to ask yourselves is whether he's passed or not.

The enemy's activity was somewhat reduced after his unsuccessful attempt to land troops from several boats on the #Tendrovskaya Spit.
🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, the main efforts are concentrated around #Rabotino. The enemy, according to reports from the field, is in the centre of the village. The system of AFU trenches stretches through the entire settlement from north to south. Our MLRS are working, stormtroopers are fighting heavy battles.
🔹North of #Maryinka, there are battles in #Krasnogorovka. The enemy is trying to use tanks, but they are being destroyed by our troops. The RF Armed Forces operate on the southern outskirts of the settlement.
🔹West of #Avdeyevka, fighting in #Berdychi and #Tonenkoye. To the south, the RF Armed Forces are attacking on the approaches to #Nevelskoye. The Russian Army is trying not to lose the pace of the offensive, but the area is densely mined, and the enemy's defence is saturated with FPV drones.
🔹In the direction of Chasov Yar, our troops are advancing in #Ivanovskoye (#Krasnoye).

🔹On the #Donetsk Front, after shelling, Russian forces conducted assault operations on the eastern and northeastern outskirts of #Novomikhaylovka, at #Georgiyevka and on the southern approaches to the town of #Krasnogorovka. At #Nevelskoye, an attack by the RF Armed Forces led to an ⚠️expansion of the zone of control. The RF Armed Forces also ⚠️tried to advance near #Pervomayskoye after shelling. The AFU ⚠️left #Tonenkoye. The RF Armed Forces established ⚠️control over the operationally important #Orlovka. Tough oncoming battles in the area of #Berdychi.
💥 Ukrainian troops are under fire in #Konstantinovka (not to be confused with the settlement of the same name southwest of Bakhmut), AFU-controlled #Novobakhmutovka (the settlement of the same name east is behind the RF Armed Forces) and #Novokalinovo.

🔹In the #Bakhmut Direction, the RF Armed Forces continued their assault operations on the heights northwest of #Kleshcheyevka and in #Ivanovskoye (#Krasnoye). The frontline ⚠️did not change significantly.

🔴 In the #Bakhmut direction, Russian troops advanced on the northeastern outskirts of #Ivanovskoye in a section up to 1 km wide to a depth of 450 m.
🟡 To the west of the "Chernobylets Mine" and north of the #Kleshcheyevka fortified area, the AFU repelled all attacks. Without changes.
🔴 In the #Avdeyevka front section, the AFU pushed back Russian troops in the eastern part of #Berdychi up to 300 m.
🟡 In #Orlovka, heavy fighting continues, and in the area of #Tonenkoye with varying success. At the latter, the AFU pushed back the enemy from the southern outskirts up to 100 m.
🔴 In the #SouthDonetsk front section, the AFU pushed back Russian troops 700 m in the area of the "Solonenka Beam" northwest of the #Sladkoye village.

Russia could break through Ukraine’s defenses by summer, - Bloomberg
▪️"Ukrainian authorities are concerned that the Russian army could gain significant momentum by the summer if the West fails to increase supplies of ammunition."
▪️Kiev and the West’s assessments of the situation at the front have been “becoming increasingly gloomy” for several weeks now as Russia seizes the initiative on the front line and delays with US assistance.
▪️The fall of Avdeevka and a number of nearby villages increases fears that the defense of Kiev “may not withstand.”
▪️ “Ukraine may begin to lose the war as early as this year,” said US expert on Russia and Ukraine Michael Kofman.
▪️Depending on the results of this campaign, Russia will decide whether to continue a slow, targeted offensive or accumulate resources for a larger strike to break through Ukrainian lines this summer.
▪️Putin has not given up on taking major cities of Ukraine, including Kiev and Odessa, but a major offensive requires more forces and equipment than is available.
