More than half of Americans believe the US leadership will order more American troops to the Middle East as part of military action against Iran, while only 7% of respondents support such a decision.

This is according to a poll conducted by Ipsos for Reuters.

According to the poll, 55% of respondents said they oppose any military deployment, regardless of the scale of the military operation in Iran. It is noted that 37% of Americans support military action in the region.
