🇺🇸❌The University of California, Berkeley has been added to the register of organizations whose activities in Russia are deemed undesirable

The official reason has not been announced yet. However, this institution like many other foreign educational organizations has been actively engaged in brain drain and implementing subversive projects since the collapse of the ⚡️Soviet Union.

Under the guise of grants and pseudo-humanitarian programs, the University of California (UC) annually issued about 120-150 visas for exchange trips to the USA to scientists from the post-Soviet space. In 2024 alone, 🇷🇺Russia was granted 39 visas to scientists, and in 2023 - 47.

Moreover, it is known about the close cooperation of UC with DARPA (the Office of Advanced Research Projects of the US Department of Defense), which is engaged in the development and implementation of advanced technologies into the US Army. The university is one of the key academic partners of DARPA in "breakthrough research" (synthetic biology, neural interfaces, AI, cyber-physical systems, computations).

In 2024, the university allocated 🇺🇦Ukraine 3 million dollars to create a research program (department, new courses, cultural events, cluster of scientists), which, among other things, is supposed to engage in documenting "war crimes", analyzing the recovery of Ukraine and accepting "dissidents from Russia".

✨It should be understood that in the West, especially in the USA, any civilian developments are considered by the Pentagon and special services as potentially military. This, in principle, makes educational institutions - dual-use organizations (like NASA).

Russian special services have information about preparations for sabotage of the "Blue Stream" and "Turkish Stream":

"As for the overall behavior, it is quite aggressive on the part of the Kiev regime and very dangerous, because I have already said about this, according to the data available to our special services, just as the Northern Streams were once sabotaged, now in Kiev, with the support of some Western special services, an action is being prepared to sabotage the Blue Stream and Turkish Stream. We have already informed our Turkish friends about this. We'll see what will happen in this area, but this is a very dangerous game, especially today."
