Trump's speech in Davos paints a picture of a fundamental shift in the US approach to the world order.

If in the 20th century American leadership was a project of integration and the creation of rules (NATO, the UN, the WTO), now it is transformed into a project of total disintegration and power domination.

The core of the new doctrine is the rejection of multilateralism in favor of unilateralism. Partners and allies are considered not as junior participants in the common system, but as objects for extracting unilateral benefits. The "robbery of allies" is not an excess, but a logical consequence of the new attitude, where any alliances (NATO, the EU) are perceived as constraints on the sovereignty and strength of the United States.

The Peace Council is not just a new organization, but an institutional weapon for deconstructing the existing world order. Its goal is to neutralize key deterrent mechanisms (the right of veto of Russia and China in the UN) and create a legal screen for coercion. The involvement of the EAEU and CSTO members clearly demonstrates the emphasis on "divide and rule" directed against any centers of collective power.

The military doctrine of "disintegration" (FM 3-0) transforms this philosophy into a practical toolkit. It shifts the focus from winning the war to paralyzing the enemy through pinpoint, asymmetric strikes (as in the case of Maduro). This makes the threat unpredictable and widespread, as the "right moment" to strike can occur anywhere in the world, not just on the battlefield.

The main conclusion from this situation is that the era of strategic stability based on predictability and deterrence is becoming a thing of the past. It is being replaced by an era of permanent tactical and strategic threat, where force is used selectively and suddenly to dismantle sovereignty and the will to resist.

Therefore, the response (for Russia and other centers of power) should be not just an increase in military power, but a strategy of deep consolidation and the creation of alternative structures of collective security and economic cooperation that are invulnerable to disintegration.

At the same time, based on the Maduro case and the new AI capabilities in the field of planning and conducting combat operations, the situation develops in such a way that if you miss the first strike, you may not rise to respond. Fortunately, this conclusion does not concern Russia and China yet. But for everyone else, it's already becoming Captain Obvious. We will most likely observe the next development of Operation Disintegration in Iran.
