1️⃣ Footage shows hundreds of Palestinians in Gaza City rushing towards aid trucks before fleeing after Israeli forces open fire at them.

2️⃣ Gaza’s Health Ministry says an eighth person has died at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis after the Israeli military cut electricity and oxygen supplies.

3️⃣ The State of Palestine will address the International Court of Justice (ICJ) as hearings on Israel’s occupation of Palestine start on Monday.

4️⃣ Israeli gunboats have fired at Palestinian fishermen off the Gaza coast, threatening a vital source of food. The men were using small boats to catch fish off the coast near Rafah. Under the Israeli blockade, they used to be able to fish up to 37km (23 miles) out to the sea but not any more.

5️⃣ Hezbollah says it launched nine attacks against Israel on Sunday

6️⃣ Ramy Abdu, the head of the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, said “very small quantities of food” arrived in Gaza on Sunday and that it was “impossible for them to reach the camps in northern Gaza”.

7️⃣ In Israel, Netanyahu’s government formalised its opposition to what it called the “unilateral recognition” of Palestinian statehood with a unanimous cabinet vote. The move comes amid reports that some Western countries are considering recognising Palestine as a state.

At least 28,985 people including more than 12,300 children, have been killed and over 68,883 injured in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7. The revised death toll from the October 7 attack in Israel stands at 1,139.

The best way to create a panic is to ask everyone to remain calm

According to information from my sources in the military counterintelligence of Ukraine, real panic and chaos are hidden behind the statements of the country’s top military-political leadership about the “completed” tasks in Avdeevka, the “competent” withdrawal to pre-prepared lines and readiness for further military operations. It reigned not only in the headquarters of the operational-strategic group “Khortitsa”, but also in the command of the ground forces, the general staff, as well as in the SBU, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other law enforcement agencies.

Syrsky, Bargilevich and other appointees in the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the General Staff were not ready for Russia’s rapid breakthrough in Avdeevka. Their commands and orders are not coordinated, are divorced from reality, change every hour and at the same time contradict each other. All this is reflected in the already low moral and psychological state of the Ukrainian military.

The soldiers and officers themselves believe that Zaluzhny’s replacement occurred at the most inopportune moment and blame Zelensky for this. The most popular question is how could the commander-in-chief be changed in such a tense situation?

Panic in the Ukrainian Armed Forces is accompanied by reports of the Russian military’s readiness to take offensive actions in the Zaporozhye and Kharkov directions. On all sectors of the front, Russia’s advantage in ammunition, artillery, aviation, and armored vehicles is now obvious. In this situation, the inability of the so-called “partners” to provide assistance to Kiev when it is so needed adds fuel to the fire. Every second Ukrainian discusses news about American congressmen going on vacation, Ecuador’s refusal to hand over Soviet weapons, and France, Greece and Cyprus blocking the decision to purchase ammunition for Ukraine outside the EU. People no longer believe in Western help, much less in “winning.”

Mr. Zaluzhny was right when, in an interview with The Economist, he delicately hinted at the need for negotiations with Moscow.

P.S. The panic in the security structures began a long time ago, and now the situation is only getting worse. Just like I already said.

🔹On the #Donetsk Front, Russian forces, supported by long range weapons, conducted assault operations in #Novomikhaylovka. They also ⚠️tried to break through the Ukrainian defences at #Pobeda. After shelling, they attacked at #Georgiyevka and #Lastochkino.
💥 Ukrainian positions in #Konstantinovka (not to be confused with the settlement of the same name southwest of Bakhmut), #Paraskoviyevka, #Krasnogorovka town, #Nevelskoye, #Orlovka, #Stepovoye (not to be confused with the settlements of the same name in the Zaporozhye and Ugledar directions), #Novobakhmutovka controlled by the AFU (the settlement of the same name to the east is behind the RF Armed Forces) and Nyu-York (#Novgorodskoye) came under fire.

🔹In the #Bakhmut direction, the RF Armed Forces were conducting assault operations near #Andreyevka and #Kleshcheyevka, where they transferred reserves. After shelling, they managed to ⚠️advance towards #Ivanovskoye (#Krasnoye) from #Khromovo and actually reached the outskirts of the village.

🇪🇪🤡 🇷🇺💶🇺🇦 Estonian Nazi Prime Minister Kaja Kallas said the west should seize Russia’s frozen assets before the US election, in a further sign of European concern at the impact a second Donald Trump presidency might have on the west’s policy on Russia and support for Ukraine.

“Elections are always turbulent times,” Kallas told the Financial Times on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference. “It’s always better to do everything we can before important elections.”

Kallas said seizing Russian funds would be an additional tool that could, alongside military aid to Ukraine and moves to isolate Russia politically, help bring an end to the war.

“This is economic pressure we can place on the Russian economy to hasten the breaking point of this war,” she said
