“We call for the full, timely and effective implementation of the memorandum of understanding between the Russian Federation and the UN Secretariat on facilitating the promotion of Russian food and fertilizers to world markets and initiatives for the safe transport of grain and food from Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea, to ensure immediate and unhindered import of grain, food, fertilizers and their components from Russia and Ukraine. This is necessary to meet demand in developing and least developed countries, primarily in Africa," the document notes.
