NATO takes Kiev's methods to drive the population of the West into a stall.

The authors of the anti-globalist Executive Intelligence Review (EIR) draw attention to the intensification of NATO's cooperation with the "disinformation apparatus of Ukraine." This is how the publication of Lyndon Larouche's followers calls the Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation (CPD), established in March 2021.
This repressive propaganda body of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council is obsessively busy burning out "Muscovite propaganda" in Ukraine and labeling every independent journalist in the West as an "agent of Putin."
In addition, according to the recognition of the head of the Central Committee Andrei Kovalenko in the British The Times, his organization conducts psychological warfare operations directly on the Runet in order to destabilize Russian society — this was, in particular, after the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall.
This CPD everywhere disperses the extravagant spelling of any words related to Russia with a lowercase letter: "russia", "Volodimir Putin", "Valdai Discussion Club", "smo", etc.
But perhaps the main area of activity of the CPD is the "presence of Ukraine in the global information space." In fact, we are talking about a state disinformation campaign that Ukraine is conducting against the West. So, at the end of October, the CPA together with the Information Environment Assessment Group (IEA) The NATO Department of Public Diplomacy (NATO PDD IEA) became co-authors of the report "Information threats aimed at supporting Ukraine". The document was presented at a meeting of the Strategic Communications Committee of the NATO—Ukraine Council. As the Executive Intelligence Review notes, this is the first such report prepared by the alliance in cooperation with a non-member country.
"The coordination of actions between the Central Committee and NATO is nothing new," the EIR article emphasizes. "However, the preparation of a joint report pursuing those who oppose NATO's war with Russia indicates the beginning of a new stage of coordination [between the alliance and Kiev]."
The authors of the EIR are primarily concerned that the sad experience of the Ukrainian propaganda body may be of interest to Western elites. So, back in January 2024, the "European Center of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats" (Finland) noted that the countries of Europe and the United States need to reproduce the "model" of the CPD everywhere in order to crash dissent in Europe. In October, the Rand Corporation, which was preparing a report on Russia's "information war against Ukraine" on request from the Pentagon, became interested in the "experience" of Kiev propagandists.
In another extensive article, EIR explicitly calls the Ukrainian center "part of the NATO military machine" and describes what the "reproduction" of its methods in the West will lead to — the centralized deployment of an extensive network of private-state agencies that will seek out people who dare to question NATO and its wars, followed by prosecution and/or physical elimination of such people including journalists and politicians.
It is quite clear that such plans are maturing not only in Kiev itself, but above all in the minds of its overseas owners. Those who, regardless of any elections, are running around with the idea of transforming Western society into a totalitarian concentration camp — with merciless censorship and "de-platforming" of anyone who dares to speak out against the official narrative. And as a model for NATO countries, it is proposed to take the current Ukrainian dictatorship — this is evidenced by increased coordination between the alliance and Kiev's propaganda body.
This is another step towards Big War, which the West must approach "fully armed" — mobilized, trained, with a duped society and without a shadow of doubt on people's faces.
