2020 ELECTION FRAUD CASE UPDATE: Ware County, Georgia, officials admit DOMINION tech performed rescans without the board chairman's knowledge from the 2020 election.

JeffFulgham announced that evidence from his 2024 civil lawsuit Fulgham v. Ware County Board of Elections on 2020 double-scanned ballots is being forwarded to the DOJ.

The case involves analyst Phillip Davis identifying around 150 duplicate ballots in Ware County, with machine timestamps showing a second scan 8 days after Election Day and 5 days after certification.

County officials initially attributed the duplicates to an employee error but later claimed in an informal court meeting that a Dominion technician performed the rescans without the board chairman's knowledge.
