Over 1.2M ballots are in question, with mail-in envelopes arriving already opened in counting rooms, people carrying in armfuls of ballots from other areas with NO chain-of-custody and refused explanations of origins or handling. Local boards changed rules to impede Republican monitoring, forcing observers to stand up to 200 ft from tables, making oversight or challenges impossible.

Philadelphia Republican poll watchers received orange entry certificates for 2020 election observation, with Democrat's getting light blue ones. A Republican was denied entry by two unidentified people and was caught on video. This wasn't a misunderstanding, this was a purposeful tactic used to identify Republicans and prevent them from entering counting locations to commit fraud without pushback or witnesses.
