Election experts expose Dominion voting machines used around the country are able to read and write ballots, marking them after the last time a voter sees their ballot. The machines are also able to disguise their ballot marking capabilities to mimic a human, and NOT neatly fill in the ballot bubble.

The most unusual, but telling figure, was that tabulator's reversal rates on machines were 20% higher than usual, indicating that these ballot marking capabilities on tabulators were most likely being used to manipulate and mark ballots.

He compared 3K counties from 2008's to 2020's elections which used Dominion's machines and found a 1.55% DECREASE in Republican votes and a 1.55% INCREASE in Democrat votes. Turner states that the percentage is significant enough to affect election outcomes, especially in states like Georgia and Arizona. About 650 more counties use Dominion voting machines in 2020 than in 2008.
