While holding down a day job, Vineet founded Atypical Advantage, a first-of-its-kind platform for persons with disabilities to showcase their work, find jobs (and for hirers to find them), and sell products and art. He is now doing this full-time. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, he previously worked for a retail major, where he transformed how Indians with disabilities shopped through pioneering concepts like ‘sabke liye,’ a blend of assistive services and accessible spaces, and ‘quiet hour,’ a sensory-friendly experience for individuals with autism. An avid trekker, marathoner, and endurance cyclist, he dreams of criss-crossing the world on a cycle someday. He believes compassion is the only way to make the world a better place and has been a lifelong volunteer.
