Marryam is a food writer who has several articles and a few books to her credit. Her latest book is The Flavour of Spice. It is written in a narrative style, and not a textbook! Her other interests are travelling and collecting old spice grinders from around the country. She writes a weekly column in The Times of India where she reviews Delhi restaurants.
Kurush is an archaeologist, historian, food anthropologist and raconteur. Recently, he’s taken a keen interest in researching culinary anthropology and food archaeology. This Sunday at TGP Sessions, we visit the Science & Technology track again.
Our focus this weekend is on cryptocurrencies. We’ll look at what India’s government’s possible stance on this technology, and how the much-talked-about non-fungible tokens can be useful to us.
Naimish is the founder of Coincrunch India, a source for digital asset news in India, and an investor in digital assets such as Bitcoin. He often spends time educating others about the importance of decentralisation.
Pareen (who, when we began thinking about TGP Sessions, did one on the evolution of money for us) works for WazirX, India’s largest Bitcoin exchange. He is a crypto writer, trader, and analyst.

This Sunday: Changing tracks | Intersections | TGP Sessions
Dear TGPian
Intersections explores topics that straddle one or more tracks, people whose life and work stretches across conventional career choices, and the very concept of intersectionality. This Sunday, we chat with two people who are building enterprises that include and create opportunities for less advantaged sections of the population.

While holding down a day job, Vineet founded Atypical Advantage, a first-of-its-kind platform for persons with disabilities to showcase their work, find jobs (and for hirers to find them), and sell products and art. He is now doing this full-time. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, he previously worked for a retail major, where he transformed how Indians with disabilities shopped through pioneering concepts like ‘sabke liye,’ a blend of assistive services and accessible spaces, and ‘quiet hour,’ a sensory-friendly experience for individuals with autism. An avid trekker, marathoner, and endurance cyclist, he dreams of criss-crossing the world on a cycle someday. He believes compassion is the only way to make the world a better place and has been a lifelong volunteer.
