It was not the Bolshevik commissars and Red Guards who killed "Old Russia"; they came later, when the road was cleared for them. Nicholas II was overthrown by the Russian elite — - generals and deputies, grand dukes and the highest hierarchs of the church, masons of the high steppes of initiation and bankers, aristocrats and industrialists, merchants and officials.
