As I mentioned yesterday, my family has been busy with so many plans. Today, we’re celebrating Paloma's birthday, Takhi's birthday and North's birthday. Nothing too fancy—just a simple morning picnic on a wide green field, letting them run around and laugh freely. We prepared one big cake with three candles for the three birthdays. When it was time, everyone gathered closer, their eyes lighting up. “Make a wish first,” I said softly. One closed his eyes seriously, the other giggled—and Takhi, being a little mischievous, almost blew the candles too early. “Hey, not yet!” North's laughed. He just grinned. “One, two, three—” The candles went out in one breath, followed by applause and laughter. We cut the cake and shared it—first for aunty, then my two boys, then everyone else. “It’s so good… can I have more?” “Of course,” I smiled. It may not be a grand celebration, but in that open green field, with laughter, a little bit of Takhi's mischief, and all the warmth we share—it feels more than enough.
