As far as I can see most farmers are just chilling on foot in the city, drinking beers and eating burgers. Some are planning to stay the night. Other are moving back home slowly.

Also urbanite elites are mad "their" Cirque Du Soleil performance is cancelled due to the farmer's protest tonight lmfao (the circus is staged on Malieveld as well).
Mainstream Media tried their best framing the protests as "grim" and "intimidating" today. Reality proved them wrong though. And most people in the Hague who are being interviewed on television say that the overall atmosphere is friendly.

Signing off, not expecting anything interesting to come out of this anymore. Didn't get much #TractorWaffen moments, but it was a good day for the farmers regardless.
In other quick Dutch news today:
- Minister of Social Affairs Wouter Koolmees will investigate every possible measure to make sure that almost every Dutch citizen won't have to work on Liberation Day (a national holiday, on May 5). While Liberation Day is a national holiday, a lot of workers simply do not get the day off.
- Rents in the non-rent controlled sector continue to rise throughout the Netherlands, with an average of 3.6% in the last quarter alone. Thanks migrants.
- The appeals court has suspended the trial against Geert Wilders (for his so-called discriminatory remarks) until Decembert 9th. This is so tht Wilders' lawyer Geert-Jan Knoops has more time to investigate the allegations of political interference in the trial.

#BoerenProtest update from Dutch News:
"Hundreds of protesting farmers have spent the night on the Malieveld close to the parliamentary complex in The Hague and plan to resume their campaign against the government’s strategy to deal with nitrogen-based pollution on Thursday. Some 300 people, both farmers and locals, turned up for a communal breakfast organised by Famers Defence Force, which is behind the protests. Between 20,000 and 25,000 farmers are now thought to have taken part in Wednesday’s protest against the government’s plans to cut nitrous oxide and ammonia emissions and some 8,000 tractors made the journey to The Hague, causing chaos on the roads."
