Be thankful for what you have. Guy in a UP town was vocally complaining about them not bringing in that mine. "We can't afford to live like this. Not with housing prices so high.
Yet he is living in an area where purchasing a house is cheaper than it is in 95% of the country, and where rent is cheaper than 98% of the country. He himself has a home that he can afford. And, yet, still, he complains.
Be thankful. You know not how blessed you are. If I, some foolish mortal, can so easily poke holes in his complaints, imagine justifying your own before God Himself.
