An accident seemed like an opportunity to locals around as they surrounded a milk tanker involved in the crash. The tanker was hit from behind by a speeding truck in the city, leading to the death of the truck driver. Locals were quick to surround the milk tanker with utensils, bottles and plastic containers, trying to loot milk coming out of the tanker.
