Sounds like some kind of radical commune or experimental society, right? Maybe a violent new-age community in California, or a crazy remote eco-village? Maybe a new community up in Washington led by Raz Simone? Surely surely Haitian gang leader Barbecue is involved?

A lot of people in this sphere hold the idea that the 19th amendment is when this country really started to go downhill. Where this perspective seems most obviously flawed is in its acceptance of the premise that voting before handing it over to women was both real and also a good way to make decisions
