Dull Academic Incessant Liturgical Yapping: Philosophical Orations on Order & Reaction
Whenever you go to the grocery store, park in the spot farthest from the entrance
Take a cold shower immediately after waking up, even especially in winter.
Wow, someone doesn't like pizza?
The Daily Poor official declaration of American patriotism; under the new DP regime, every child will stand up in the morning and deliver these 8 lines while saluting the flag:
1. Every American loves cheese
2. Only Americans love cheese
3. Unless you love cheese, you are not American
4. People love cheese only if they are American
5. Only those who love cheese are American
6. Anyone who loves cheese is an American
7. If you are an American, you must love cheese
8. Loving cheese is required of all Americans

Homework for those of you who like brain exercise: how many of those 8 statements are logically equivalent to one another?
A message for black-pillers:
God's affection for you is boundless and ever-present. The trials and tribulations you face in life are not random occurrences, but rather carefully crafted experiences. Each challenge, each obstacle, each moment of adversity has been intricately woven into the tapestry of your existence with great purpose and wisdom.
These difficulties are not meant to break you, but to forge you. Like a blacksmith working metal, these challenges are the hammer strikes that shape you into a stronger, more resilient being. They are the resistance that builds your spiritual and emotional muscles, enabling you to lift greater burdens and overcome more significant obstacles in the future.
Moreover, these hardships serve as a classroom of sorts, with lessons tailored specifically for you. Each struggle carries within it a seed of knowledge, waiting to be discovered and nurtured. As you navigate through these challenges, you uncover truths about yourself, about life, and about the nature of existence that could not be learned through ease and comfort alone.
In essence, what may appear as hardship is, in fact, a manifestation of divine guidance. It is through overcoming these obstacles that you grow, evolve, and draw closer to fulfilling your highest potential. Trust in this process, for it is through these very challenges that you are being sculpted into the best version of yourself.

Wow. Reading about a really special place.
The people there purportedly
- abolished private property, creating a system of communal ownership
- abolished money
- executed dissenters against the new economic system
- established polygamy
- executed those against the institution of polygamy
- have women actively participating in war
- have women take on roles of theological authority
Sounds like some kind of radical commune or experimental society, right? Maybe a violent new-age community in California, or a crazy remote eco-village? Maybe a new community up in Washington led by Raz Simone? Surely surely Haitian gang leader Barbecue is involved?
Nope. This was Münster, Germany. In 1534.

Studying this in more detail might be interesting. Let me know if you know any good texts. There are apparently some doubters who think the whole thing is made up; I'll probably read at least one of those perspectives.

JD Vance responding to Walz calling "weird":
Sad that people view politics through the lens of "making their lives better."
“And so they’re name-calling instead of actually telling the American people how they’re going to make their lives better,” he said. “I think that’s weird, Dana, but look, they can call me whatever they want to.”
