In the past year, I've seen about a dozen negroes, 2 Hispanics, and one large Indian family that I saw in three occasions.

Once, they were begging inside a Walmart. Later that day, they were hitchhiking at the Walmart's intersection. A few days later, they were bathing in a river. Haven't seen them in almost a year now; I'm not sure if they were tourists or another set of homeless people eaten by the wildlife or the locals. Hard to tell
