What: Use the OverNode application- Install, activate, stake, validate, report issues etc.
Why: To do stress exercise test before public incentivized testnet with global users
How: To be announced at tester community on October 20th

Pre-notice
1. There will be no airdrops for closed beta testers.

3. You must have your own PC : requirements
